Your hair color level is determined by how light or dark your hair is. There are light, medium, and dark levels for each color family (blondes, browns, blacks, grays, and coppers). The lower the level, the darker the hair. For example, black hair is generally level 1 while the lightest, whitest color has the highest level number. Although we can't send them physically for you to try on, we've created a Virtual Shade Finder where you can scroll the shades and see them against your hair to help find your favorite bobby pins to best match your hair color. This A/R shade finder must be accessed by Instagram through your mobile phone.
Our distribution center is open Monday through Friday. We make every attempt to ship orders within one business
day from order receipt and processing. However, during periods of peak demand,
orders may take up to 48 hours to process and dispatch. You will receive a notification email when your order has been received and will receive
another notification when your order has shipped. Depending on your location, shipping is around 5 days. Overall, the product(s) should arrive no more than 7 business days, MAX!
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
No we do not.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your package ships which will include the tracking number and the carrier. From there, simply go that carrier’s website and enter the tracking number.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full return policy page for details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, 14 days the latest, at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
